So our editorial staff at My5Reviews.com put together a panel of ladies who really were motivated to lose weight. Each dieter was weighed at the begining of the test, and turned in their weight loss goal for the test.
We purchased all 5 of the programs below and randomly assigned each plan to or dieter team. Each participant was instructed to follow all of the plan steps and recommendations TO THE LETTER! After six weeks, we had a weigh-in and tallied up how well the diets worked for each dieter. We rated the effectiveness of the diet by the amount of weight lost as a percentage of the person's original weight.
